Complicated Carly was pretty broken when she got here many months ago. Scared of the world. She's come a very long way and it's time to find her people. Over the summer we've been able to have her be much more comfortable out and about. We were able to complete a basic household obedience class.

Carly has always been good around all my dogs and most others. Good with other dogs and kitties. At first, anyone coming in the door was barked at for 10 minutes and huffed at for another 5 minutes. Now she'll bark a couple times and slowly check new people out. She walks great on a leash.

Carly will bond deeply with her person/family. A couple times she got out of the dog yard (under the fence, since repaired) and all she did was seek me out. But I don't know if I would trust her if she was in hot pursuit of a squirrel. There are pesky squirrels at the lake house who thoroughly enjoy taunting the dogs.

She loves her chew bones. She's kind to stuffed toys and doesn't destroy them. She will fetch for a minute. I think she will like water if she sees other dogs playing in it. She's very athletic. She can be really rambunctious but does settle down nicely and she's a first class A+ snuggler. Very gentle. All she needs is training and her own family.
