Meet Trixie!  

A sweet little girl a little over a year old, and she's had a rough start on life.  She was "bought" at a flea market by a good Samaritan along with her babies.   The babies are long gone, but Trixie is still looking for a home.   Somewhere in her young life she recieved a blow to her head leaving a small dent above her right eye.  And she's never really had a chance to be a dog.  She has a funny gait and had her hips X-rayed for dysplasia, but her hips are fine.  That's just one of her little quirks. Housebreaking has been a challenge but she's getting lots better.    Despite what life has thrown at her, she still has a great attitude and loves people. It takes her a little longer to learn, but she wants to and tries hard, and that's what matters.  

Trixie is a great little snuggler.  She loves to play with other dogs, but would really rather hang out with her person.  Trixie wants a home where there's someone with patience and time to help her be the best she can be.   Whoever does will be rewarded with a best friend who's completely devoted to them.  If you want perfect, that's not Trixie.   If you want to invest in a sweet dog you will be richly rewarded.
